About the Firm

We started out back in October 2004 as The De Palma Group – founded by banking and payments expert Larry De Palma. In 2006, a client of the firm, EFC Systems, Inc., of Nashville, purchased The De Palma Group, and CEO Larry De Palma took on the role of Executive Vice President of EFC Systems’ banking products division.  In 2007, Larry De Palma ventured back out on his own in true entrepreneurial spirit, and formed TDG-Phenix, Inc., a company solidly entrenched in the world of banking and payments, but with a bit of a new perspective: find what is innovative, find what is cutting edge, and be the evangelist for the profound changes that will occur at breakneck speeds to the banking and payments industry.

So there it is.  The firm doesn’t spend time looking at today.  The firm spends time looking at ways to capitalize on the trends and innovations of tomorrow.
